Name: fr. Lifetime: Automatically deleted after 118 days.
name: datr, lu, c_user, fr, xs, p, presence, act, sub, sb – Facebook cookies are created when you have been on Facebook and then visit our website. This enables Facebook to customise possible ads or posts based on your browser behavior. All cookies except datr (two years) and lu (two years) expire when the session ends.

name: PREF: This cookie stores your preferences and other data such as preferred language, how many search results you want to be displayed on the page and whether you want the Google Safe Search filter to be activated. Deleted 10 years after creation/last update.
name: VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE – A cookie that YouTube creates to measure your speed and thereby determine whether you should use the new player or the old one. Deleted eight months after creation/last update.
Name: YSC – This cookie is created by the YouTube video service on webpages with embedded YouTube videos. Deleted at the end of the session.

1.2.3 Tag Manager
We endeavor to constantly improve the customer experience on our website by providing our visitors with more personal and targeted promotions and offers. To do this, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM).
GTM is a small snippet of code that helps us track user behavior across our websites and then push the data to our Google Analytics account. All data is then perfectly organized and ready to be analyzed and help facilitate potential improvements of our website and remarketing campaigns.
We consider Google to be a third-party data processer (see section two below).

1.3 Contact forms
Should you choose to contact us by using a contact form on our website, your data will be stored in our backend and collected together in an email, which will then be sent to us via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
If applicable, the data in the email will be transferred to our CRM system. The data will then be connected to an existing account with a similar email or it will be established as a new contact.
If you choose to sign up to our email newsletter, then the email address that you send to us will be passed on to MailChimp, which is the company that provides our email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third-party data processor.
Your email address will remain on our database and in MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue using MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request that you are removed from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing via the unsubscribe link that is included in our newsletter, or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, be sure to send the email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the newsletter mailing list.

3. Data breaches
We will report any illegal data violations of this website’s database by one of our third-party data processers to all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours from the time of the breach in cases where it appears that personal data that has been stored in an identifiable way has been stolen.

We continuously delete data on inactive customers and we only store your data for as long as we need to in order to fulfil the purpose for which the data were originally collected.

We will respond to your request without undue delay (and in all cases within one month from receipt of your request; although this can be extended for difficult cases).
